A: We moved to a new website at the start of April 2018 and were unable to transfer accounts across from the old platform to the new one. If you haven’t created an account since then, you will need to set up a new account if you wish future purchases to apply to our loyalty scheme and to keep a record of your purchases.
Q: I think I had credit on my old account – where is it?
A: You can still log into your old account to check if you had credit. If you have and would like to transfer it to your new account please tell us – you can email us at [email protected] or fill in our contact form below. We will then email you a new voucher that will be associated with your account on the new website.
Q: I want to check my previous purchases for the Loyalty Scheme – how can I do that?
