A: We moved to a new website at the start of April 2018 and were unable to transfer accounts across from the old platform to the new one. If you haven’t created an account since then, you will need to set up a new account if you wish future purchases to apply to our loyalty scheme and to keep a record of your purchases.
Q: I want to check my purchases for the Loyalty Scheme – how can I do that?
A: If you signed up for an account you can log into your account to check purchases. If you didn’t create an account you will have to find your order emails to collect the information that we need.
We are happy to add previous purchases to an account if you create an account after buying things.
