Shipping and Returns
We regret that you will be charged an administration fee of £5 for any change of address after purchase, so please double check that all the details are correct before you finalise your purchase!
We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. We post parcels out Monday- Friday.
We send parcels out using Royal Mail's 2nd class recorded/signed for service.This is a tracked service for security but we don't routinely inform you of tracking numbers for inland postage as the service consistently takes the same amount of time. You will receive an email to say that your order has been shipped and your parcel should arrive 2 days after this (unless your email states otherwise). Should you not receive your inland bound parcel within 3 days of this email then contact us at email@example.com.
We send parcels out via Royal Mail tracked and signed airmail. Once your wrap has left the UK it will be processed by your country's national postal service. We will provide tracking numbers for all international purchases and these can be checked and followed on the royal mail website, your national postal service provider site and also any universal tracking sites. International postage is expected to take 5-10 working days but longer waits are not uncommon especially for North America.
If your International order weighs more than 2 kg we will have to split it into multiple packages or use another postage service. This may incur extra cost. We will contact you to discuss it if this is the case.
Order cancellation policy.
*please include your name, address, contact details (telephone or email address) and order number in your returned parcel in order for us to be able to process it in a timely manner. Without this information it is hard to identify the returned parcel as having come from you!!*
We cannot apply discounts or special offers retroactively to orders already placed with us. If you have purchased two or more identical items in separate orders and choose to return one, we will refund that item from the order you placed most recently.
In accordance with EU and distance selling regulations (now known as the consumer contract regulation) you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us (Firespiral Slings LTD, 52 Little Stones Road, Egerton, Bolton, BL7 9UN (this is our office address, do not return your parcel to this address!) +44(0)7583 515389, firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or by email). You may use the attached model cancellation form but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit an order cancellation form on our website further down this page. If you use this option we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send you communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any good supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about you decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The Rest of The World
We will extend our EU policy to the rest of the world, but will deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund and will not cover return shipping to ourselves. Parcels must be marked as "returning to seller for full refund" to avoid unnecessary delays/charges re-importing into the UK.
We will issue refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item provided that it reaches us in the physical condition outlined above. Refunds can take up to 10 days to reach your account once we have sent them from our merchant account, due to standard banking timescales.

Weaving is an organic process and some variances within the cloth are to be expected (see our section entitled Caring for your Wrap https://www.firespiralslings.co.uk/caringforyourwrap/ ), however goods arriving damaged or not as described will be refunded or replaced if possible. We will include the cost of return postage in your refund. Should we be unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will offer you either an equivalent replacement or a full refund.
