New Blankets: A look at what we have in the works! ⋆ Firespiral Slings

Our recycled cotton blankets are made here in our Lancashire mill, and each design is only woven in small quantities- often no more than 25. We use your suggestions and requests to decide which design and colourway to weave next. You can read more here about how lovely our blankets are!

The whole process of weaving and sewing the blankets can take 3 months, and we offer the chance to put a deposit down on your chosen blanket while you wait for them to be ready.

Here is a run down of what we have available in the shop now, and what will be coming up over the next few months.

These are blankets that are already woven and in the shop.

925 Twilight Starmap: A silver and navy starmap design.

These are designs that are going into production very soon. There are likely to only be 25 of each made and will probably not be ready until April 2020. You can pay a £20 deposit to to secure one of the blankets from now until either the list is full or the blankets are woven and ready to sell in the shop. The remaining £70 balance will be due once the blankets are ready. Some of these are reweaves of earlier blanket releases, others are completely brand new, so we don’t have an image of the final blanket to show you, and you need to use a bit of imagination! They always turn out beautifully…

Looking for interest to go ahead

These are custom designs that groups of people would like to have woven, and that need a few more people to join in with in order for them to be woven. If you’d like to be included in any of these and make them happen, then just email us with your interest at contact@firespiralslings.co.uk, telling us which blanket you would like.
As soon as we have enough names on the list we’ll email everyone and pop the deposit link up on the website!
