We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. We post parcels out Monday- Friday.
We do not charge for shipping to UK addresses.
We send parcels that weigh less than 2 kilos using Royal Mail’s 2nd class recorded/signed for service.This is a tracked service for security but we don’t routinely inform you of tracking numbers for inland postage as the service consistently takes the same amount of time. You will receive an email to say that your order has been shipped and your parcel should arrive 2 days after this (unless your email states otherwise). Sometimes these emails don’t make it through to your inbox, but if you have an account with us you can check your order status by logging in. A “completed” status means that your order has been shipped. Should you not receive your inland bound parcel within 3 days of this email then contact us at [email protected]
Parcels weighing more than 2 kilos are sent with DPD. You will be provided with a tracking number if we send your order via DPD
We subsidise all shipping so that you pay a flat rate.
All European orders are charged at £8 shipping per 2kg.
All other international orders are charged at £10 shipping per 2kg.
(for reference, a size 6 wrap weighs in the range of 1-1.2 kilos and a blanket weighs 1.6 kilos)
We send parcels that weigh less than 2 kilos via Royal Mail tracked and signed airmail. Once your wrap has left the UK it will be processed by your country’s national postal service. We will provide tracking numbers for all international purchases and these can be checked and followed on the Royal Mail website, your national postal service provider site and also any universal tracking sites. International postage is expected to take 5-10 working days but longer waits are not uncommon especially for North America.
Our website sends an email once we have marked your order as completed but sometimes these emails don’t make it through to your inbox. Parcels that weigh over 2 kilos are sent out using the best value tracked courier service. These include DPD, UPS, DHL. We provide a tracking number for these services.
We are happy to add phone numbers or specific details/instructions to your parcel- you can include them in your shipping address or add them in the comments box when you order. We cannot guarantee that your local postal service will follow any specific instructions. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.
