Reposted from @una_maga The (second) best way to break in a new wrap: try many different carries and finishes!! I've been playing with @firespiral #touchstonepinkmoonmicrocosm over the past couple of days. Here we have:
✨ two different finishes for Miriam's cross carry shoulder to shoulder. First what I would call the Rainbow's finish, with knotless tucks and the tails under the waistbelt. And then what I think would be a "Lexi's twist variation". Here the tucks go first under the S2S chestbelt, so they are not secure and I tied them with rings at the waist.
✨ Then four variations of a wiggleproof double hammock. With a ring, Poppin's finish, Becky's cross carry, and Christina's ruckless finish. .
oh all the things you can do with a base+1! 😂

A snippet of the drawing process midway through our newest design. Once we've got the sketches right on paper we digitise the basic image, then start to draw digitally. At this point we've hand drawn a pattern and overlaid it. We then 'carve' it away by hand to show the structure of the clouds through it. Doing all of this digital work manually helps to keep our drawing style organic and natural. This design has been passed back and forth between us, with each of us working to our strengths and seeing it with fresh eyes. This kind of collaboration brings out the best in both of us! This design has been in the works for years now, so we're excited to be able to show you the completed thing very soon. Hopefully it will be part of our next collection!
