Related Wraps: Rosewood Dendron Birch Trees and Aconite Dendron Gossamer have similar chunky wool alternated with cotton wefts.
Wrapping Qualities: The chunky wool gives texture a nd a nice amount of cushioning and grip. The thick wool is spaced out by thinner cotton threads making for very floppy, draping cloth that wraps easily, moulding round you both.
Care Requirements: Despite having a low wool content, this wrap is very easy to care for. It can be washed on a delicate setting and tumble dried on low heat. We recommend taking out when damp and then hanging to air dry, or ironing when damp. Find our washing instructions here. The wool yarns are a blend of wool and cotton fibres which helps to stabilise them further in the wash.
Notes: 3 different coloured chunky texture lambswool yarns form a gradient colour change. In between each wool weft yarn are 2 deep indigo purple combed cotton threads. Whinfell is the name of a forest in Cumbria, here in the North of England. It is one of the relatively few places in the UK where you can still find red squirrels!
